Former professional wrestler, Andre Davis of Cincinnati, was indicted on Monday by a Warren County grand jury with nine counts of felonious assualt. According to NBC4i.com, the grand jury in Lebanon indicted Davis on Friday on charges of having sex with at least four women from December 2010 through January 2011 and not telling them he has HIV.

29-year-old Davis reportedly has known he had HIV since 2009. Davis, who formerly competed as Andre Heart in independent wrestling circuits in Ohio.

In the state if Ohio, it is considered an assault if an individual has sexual contact with someone else and does not disclose the fact that they have a disease, such as an STD of any kind.
