A whomping $1.5 Billion was earned with the selling of lottery tickets this weekend. A $640 Million jackpot was on the table causing people to instantly run out and get a ticket even though their chanced of winning were a measly 1 in 176 chance.
This was roughly the largest jackpot the world has ever seen. How many people would have quit their jobs if they won that large of a jackpot?!
