My has D’Angelo changed throughout his career! The “Brown Sugar” singer allured us and made us wonder with his “How Does It Feel” video when he did the video naked! But with fame comes drama and heartache and it’s evident D’Angelo was not exempt. His career dwindled and then surfaced mug shot after mugshot. One major case of his was from attempting to solicit sex from an undercover cop. He even packed on some pounds!
But enough of the negativity D’Angelo is back! Gracing the pages of GQ magazine for their June 2012 issue, he let the pounds go, cleaned himself up and is looking better than the D’Angelo we fell in love with. He’s been performing since the beginning of the year, dropped a mix tape and is even said to be working on an album. Guess we’ll have to see what the future holds for him.
