This week’s “Crime of the Week” concerns a Theft in the Lewis Center area.
On Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at approximately 1:30am, two male suspects were shopping in the Lewis Center Wal-Mart store. The pair went to the electronics sales area, at which time one of the men walked behind a sales/display counter and began taking 15 I-Pads and 18 I-Pods from the shelves. The men put the electronics into a black duffle bag. The two men then exited the store and got into a late model gray or gold colored Honda CRV SUV. The stolen property is valued over $10,000.
