Are The Jamaicans and Usain Bolt On Steroids?

Carl Lewis seems to think so, and has made comments openly suggesting that they might be on steriods. Could Lewis be seeking attention olympic record might be broken?  Anyway Bolt claims that he and his fellow Jamaicans are not on steriods “we train hard” and show up everyday for training.
