Alicia Keys and husband Swizz Beats recently closed the sale on Eddie Murphy’s former New Jersey estate. Named “Bubble Hill” the 5 acre mansion was put on the market seven years ago for the listed price of $30 million.  It has a bowling alley, marble fireplaces, an indoor pool and a private recording studio.  The home is located approximately 20 minutes from New York City.  Alicia and Swizz picked up the estate at the bargain price of $12million.  View the photo gallery and take a look inside the estate.
