National night out is Tonight. . Residents are encouraged to leave their porch lights on for National Night Out. National Night Out is a national effort of law enforcement, community, governmental agencies, individuals, citizens and grassroots organizations to identify effective means of preventing, reducing and eliminating crime in the community.
