A woman is allowed to keep her child’s father out of the delivery room when she is labor, a New Jersey judge has ruled according to the New Jersey Law Journal.
This decision was handed down in February regarding a case bewteen estranged, unmarried parents. This ruling is based on the mother’s right to privacy.
