Will Smith and his company Overbrook Entertainment are in talks to produce a New Year’s Eve television special. The special will be similar to Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin Eve. The concept is currently being shopped to networks. Will’s special will include live music performances including a performance from Will doing a guest spot. Insiders say Will Smith’s Overbrook Entertainment wants to film it in Miami and include his friend David Beckham: “They want to do something with Beckham and his focus on his Miami soccer team.”
