“I think people are so angry that my opponent has put up barriers at the voting box. People are coming in at record numbers to vote and it’s going to backfire on him. They have taken away same day registration and they no longer have out of precinct balloting, so if they’ve moved and they go to the wrong polling place, their vote won’t count,” Hagan said.
