COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State football fans will have a special opportunity to meet the 2010 Buckeye team and be the first to see the new practice complex at the Harmon Family Football Park at a “PrimeTime Picnic” Wednesday evening, August 4 at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center.

This one-of-a-kind event gives fans a chance to get up close and meet the Rose Bowl champions on the eve of training camp in a relaxed, casual atmosphere from 7-9 p.m.

All attendees will enjoy a picnic dinner provided by City Barbeque and special photo opportunities with the 2010 Buckeye coaches and players. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Les Wexner Football Complex Enhancement Fund and the Tressel Family Fund for Cancer Research at The James.

Scarlet packages ($1,000) for the event include two tickets; VIP parking; early entrance at 6 p.m. for a tour of the main display area at the WHAC; a replica helmet signed by Coach Tressel and the 2010 Buckeye seniors; and a football autographed by Tressel and the 2010 OSU juniors.

Gray packages ($250) will include two tickets; a football signed by Coach Tressel and the 2010 seniors; and a football autographed by Tressel and the 2010 juniors.

The Buckeyes report for practice Thursday, August 5, to begin preparations for the season opener with Marshall Thursday, September 2, at Ohio Stadium.
