A teenager wounded in a shooting at Easton Town Center has died, and new charges will likely be filed against his brother, who authorities said pulled the trigger.
Andrake Kelley, 15, died on Wednesday night at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, police said. He was shot on Saturday night after a dispute near the Apple Store.
Police said that his brother, Andrew Kelley, 16, was the shooter. He was charged earlier this week with felonious assault, but investigators said that they would pursue murder charges if his brother died. READ MORE
