The NAACP Image Award winning television show “Unsung” will kick off Black Music Month in June with 6 all-new episodes.  Unsung documents the current day life of legendary R&B music artists.

The new season kicks off Monday, June 6 at 10 p.m., with the biography of Deniece Williams. Future  episodes will feature The Spinners on June 13, Alexander O’Neal and Cherrelle on June 20, Big Daddy Kane on June 27, The Ohio Players on July 4, and Evelyn Champagne King on July 11.

The episodes will air weekly on Mondays at 10 p.m. and repeat at 1 a.m on the TV One television network.
