All of us normal folk aren’t the only ones who have been hit by the effects of the economy. Of course you hear about it on the news and such, but when celebs get in debt, they really know how to swim in it. You would think that with their millions, they would be better handlers of money. Pshh! The people on this list owe up to six-figures or more to Uncle Sam. Let these people be a lesson that even if you’re a celebrity (even a royal!), you gotta manage your spending.
