Gates will open at 10 a.m. this morning as Capital University prepares to host President Barack Obama.

The university’s website specifies the event will be held on Saylor-Ackermann quad. The Commander in Chief is scheduled to take the stage around 1 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public, however admission will require a ticket which will be available one ticket per person on a   first-come, first-served basis, starting at 11 a.m.  at the following Obama for America offices:

• Whitehall, 3741 E. Broad St.

• East Side, 1005 E. Long St.

• Beechcroft, 1973 E. Dublin-Granville Rd.
