The new practice Gym for Ohio State University Basketball teams is now officially over budget and time. The facility was set to include a rehab and exercise room, while expanding the locker rooms and weight rooms. Gene Smith confirmed ont Thursday that the original budget of $13.7 million will now end with a $19 million price tag. With the construction delays, the jon will not completed until next fall.
