The closing night of SXSW Music Festival was something to remember. Not only did legendary rap group A Tribe Called Quest reunite to put on a greatest hits set, one of the greatest musicians to ever live Prince graced the SXSW stage.

Despite being at the music festival known for being very laid back, Prince was still the diva. He performed for three whole hours despite beginning his set after midnight. The Purple one ran treated fans to his hits from the 80s like “1999,” U Got The Look,” and “Purple Rain” before performing his own renditions of “Don’t Stop Til You get Enough,” “I Never Loved A Man (The Way That I Love You).” to drive home the point that Prince does what he wants and we just readily accept it, Prince performed six encores and left the crowd still wanting more.

Check out a brief clip of Prince singing fan favorite “Something In The Water (Does Not Compute).” Hurry up and check it out. You know Prince hates the internet and will have it removed in three seconds.
