Two teenage boys may have been convicted of raping a 16-year-old girl back in March during the Steubenville rape trial, but the saga is not over.

special grand jury was tasked with reviewing whether additional crimes were committed and today, the first indictment has been issued to an employee of the Steubenville City Schools.

According to the Ohio Attorney General, William Rhinaman, 53, was indicted by the grand jury on charges of tampering with evidence, obstructing justice, obstructing official business, and perjury.

The charges against Rhinaman are related to his position as an employee of Steubenville City Schools in the area of Information Technology.

“This is the first indictment in an ongoing grand jury investigation. Our goal remains to uncover the truth, and our investigation continues,” DeWine said.
