“Bulletproof” singer/songwriter Raheem DeVaughn has selected the month of March for the release of his highly anticipated third album.

Titled “The Love and War Masterpeace,” the forthcoming effort is now locked in for a March 2, 2010 release date.  Led by the top 20 charting single “Bulletproof,” “The Love and War Masterpeace” features production from Kenny Dope, Ne-Yo, Stereotypes and Ronnie “Lil Ronnie” Jackson.  “I named the album “The Love and War Masterpeace” because I feel that is where I am as a person and where we are as a people,” says DeVaughn. “We are all trying to master that internal peace and happiness in a very strange time.”

While “Bulletproof” has been celebrated for its timely lyrics both at radio and at outlets including BET and Centric, DeVaughn is gearing up to release a second single. Titled “I Don’t Care,” the new single impacts radio January 25.
