Even though fans and celebrities have gotten plenty of entertainment out of Kanye West‘s “Bound 2″ video, which features him simulating sex with a topless Kim Kardashian, not everyone is amused. One guy who’s seriously not having it? Ricky Spicer, a former soul musician who’s suing Kanye and his record label for “copyright infringement.”
Ricky is a former member of the band, The Ponderosa Twins Plus One, who claims that Kanye stole the verse from their song “Bound.” He’s upset because he claims he hasn’t gotten any compensation for the song, nor was he asked for permission by Kanye to take the verse, though, in Yeezy’s defense, it is slightly altered in Kanye’s track.
