A new movie titled “Lila and Eve,” starring Viola Davis and Jennifer Lopez, is seeking a number of extras in Atlanta.
Here’s the plot: “On the heels of a tragic drive-by shooting, two distraught mothers team up to avenge the deaths of their children when local inner city authorities fail to find the culprits.”
Below is the “Lila and Eve” casting call. Please read carefully and follow the directions regarding photos especially. Also keep in mind I am merely the conduit here, and have no role whatsoever in helping people land roles. Not that I don’t appreciate the occasional head shots people send me.
Here’s what we are looking for right now:
LEO & TEO- Speaking Roles! Hispanic Males, Ages 18-Early 20′s. Big, Thuggish, Scary. Works on or about January 21st-Jan 23rd. Audition is Wednesday, January 8th.
DONNELL – Speaking Role! African American Male, Ages 18 – Early 20′s. BIG, THUGGISH, SCARY. Works on or about January 22nd – January 24th. Audition is Wednesday, January 8th.
FEMALE SUPPORT GROUP – Hispanic & African American Females, 30’s to mid 40’s. Current work dates: 01/22, 01/23. Featured!
WEASEL RAY – Caucasian Male, Hip Hop, Tall and LANKY, Tough Kid. Current work date is February 21st
JOIE’s Friend – African American Female. 25ish. Current work date is January 29th
CRUZ – African American Male 20’s- Late 30’s. TOUGH. THUGGISH. Works 1/31, 2/10, and 2/21
TRAVERS– Caucasian Male 20’s- Late 30’s. TOUGH. THUGGISH. Works 1/31, 2/10, and 2/21
HISPANIC PRIEST – Seeking a Hispanic male for this role. 30’s – 70’s. The person selected does not have to be a priest, but should be familiar with catholic customs. Current Work Date is January 21st (This will probably shoot in Decatur)

NEWS REPORTER – Seeking an experienced reporter. Will consider all ages, ethnicities. Works 01/27 and 02/18
EXPERIENCED POLICE – We are ONLY looking for actual policemen at this time with proper firearm training. Please note – we will also consider those with military background. Work dates range from 1/30 to 2/28
