A Texas judge has made headlines after sentencing confessed rapist, Sir Young to only 45 days with 5 years deferred probation because the 14 yr-old girl “wasn’t the victim she claimed to be!’
It appears that the victim’s sexual past was on trial revealing that she had multiple sex partners and gave gave birth to a child before the rape took place.
If young serves his 250 hours of community service and completes his probation, he will have the chance to wipe the conviction off his record completely.
Judge Jeanine Howard stands whole heartedly behind her decision.
