According to TMZ Tamara Green, one of the women accusing Bill Cosby for sexually assaulting her, is suing not for sexual assault but for lying! She claims that in the early 70s Cosby drugged her while at lunch and gropped her in her apartment. Green has told her story several times in 2005 to many media outlets but Cosby’s people have continually denied her claims.
So now Green, an attorney, has filled defamation lawsuit against Cosby in Massachusetts. Wondering how? Green claims that the repeated denials from Cosby’s camp has branded her a liar. The statute of limitations is over since the alleged crime took place over 40 year but this lawsuit could stick if taken to court.
