Montgomery County, Ohio resident Brian K. Scales Jr. has been charged with aggravated murder and endangering children in the death of his 3 year old sister Tristan Carlton by the grand jury. Scales was babysitting his 8-year old and 3 year old sister on Valentines Day when their mother came home and found the 3 year old in the bed, cold and stiff.
Investigations determined that the 3 year old had be suffocated. Bail has been set for $500,000 and Scales is now at the Montgomery County’s jail.
