A 21 yr-old quadriplegic with cerebral palsy was found in Cobbs Creek Park lying near a wheelchair with a Bible on his chest. It appears that his mother left him there for days to die while she caught a bus to visit her boyfriend in Maryland.
Fortunately a man walking through the woods discovered him and called 911. The young man was alive but suffering from dehydration, malnutrition and exposure to the harsh weather.
A warrant has been issued for the victims mother 41 yr-old Nayia Parler.
