Judge Jerry Baxter brought down the hammer on teachers involved in the Atlanta Public Schools cheating scandal which included the falsifying, fabricating and certifying false test scores between the years of 2001 and 2009.
Baxter gave some of the defendants racketeering charges which carried a 20 year sentence. ( Seven years in prison plus 13 years of probation)
