R. Kelly has a new boo and she’s 19. R. Kelly, 49, is known for his racy lyrics and great imaginative story lines brought to life with music throughout the 1990’s and early 2000s. He broke young talent, Aaliyah on to the scene in the mid 1990s and was married to her illegally when she was only 15 years old. In 2001, a video was released to showing what appears to be R.
