Tonight we’re going to close out this week’s mini concert series with music by The Gap Band & Charlie Wilson. These are the guys who dropped bombs on us back in the early 80s and helped P-Funk go mainstream. Join us at 7pm and we’ll get the weekend pre-party started just for you.
The last we heard, things weren’t going so well on The Gap Band home-front. Apparently Ronnie Wilson has a lawsuit out against his brother and Gap Band lead singer Charlie Wilson. Ronnie claims Charlie is blocking him from booking gigs and performing as The Gap Band.
