Attorney Scott Wood says “Crutcher didn’t follow the commands of his client,” before being shot and killed in Tulsa, OK last night on his way home from Tulsa Community College. Dash cam video and helicopter video was released to the public showing an unarmed Terence Crutcher with his hands raised above his head walking to his stalled car. “That looks like a bad dude too….he might be on something.” said one of the two officers in the above chopper. One of officers in the chopper is married to officer Shelby, who is on paid administrative leave after talking to homicide detectives. Crutcher’s twin sister, Tiffany Crutcher, said the family wants criminal charges filed against Shelby.

“We ask for facts, we ask for answers, and we clearly got it through the video and we are devastated,” she said. “The entire family is devastated.” Stay with Magic 95.5 for more details on this story as it develops.
