In a stunning upset, No. 7 seed South Carolina defeated the favored No. 2 seed Duke 88-81 Sunday night that shocked the nation.

This is the first time since the Blue Devils lost to Mercer in 2014 that the team has not made it past the first weekend of tournament play. South Carolina will face No. 3 Baylor in the Sweet 16.

ESPN reports that only 18 out of the 18 million brackets that entered through their site predicted the Sweet 6 correctly. Along with 12 percent of the tournament brackets had the Blue Devils winning the title, third most picked champion.

If you are not the 18 lucky people that didn’t have Villanova, Duke, Louisville going past the Sweet 16 (which more likely is you) please go ahead and rip up your brackets now.
