The Notorious B.I.G.’s estate had the Jenner girls running scared trying to pull a fast one. With the public backlash over their “vintage” t-shirt line showcasing themselves over the late rapper’s image, they were served a cease and desist.
According to TMZ, the estate said Kendall and Kylie used Biggie’s image with their consent and gave them until 5 pm Thursday to pull all the merchandise offline or there would be hell to pay.
“This is misappropriation at its finest. I’m curious to hear the justification. I’m even more curious to hear the proposed resolution,” the estate’s lawyer, Julian K. Petty, told TMZ.
Biggie’s mother, Voletta Wallace, has some choice words for the ladies and at them on her Instagram post addressing the situation.

I am not sure who told @kyliejenner and @kendalljenner that they had the right to do this. The disrespect of these girls to not even reach out to me or anyone connected to the estate baffles me. I have no idea why they feel they can exploit the deaths of 2pac and my Son Christopher to sell a t-shirt. This is disrespectful , disgusting, and exploitation at its worst!!!
Responding to the desist letter, Kendall issued out an apology stating “we are deeply sorry.”
To add, Sharon Osborne, the wife of metal legend Ozzy Osborne, was also upset the girls used her husband’s image without consent.
