FEMA has shipped millions of gallons of water and meals to Puerto Rico but the island can’t circulate supplies and food without electricity or fuel. Leaving millions on the island still with out food and water. Yesterday it was reported that only 37% of the people on the island had cell phone service. Here is a video of the president helping out
