A piece of Tupac Shakur’s estate is heading to auction: the original liner notes for Shakur’s final studio album.
“The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory” was released on November 5, 1996, two months after Shakur’s murder. In the note Shakur left behind details “shots” he takes at various rappers and figures prominent in the 90s rap scene. The note also details various “offenses” Shakur felt the artists committed. Among those Shakur calls out are Dr. Dre, Notorious B.I.G., Jay-Z, Mobb Deep, and more. The house holding the auction for Tupac’s notes states that the piece of rap history were held by a “very close family friend of Tupac.”
