The music festival in Cincinnati was such a good look this year! Everything went off without a hitch, well almost everything. Unfortunately right at the end of the weekend the most anticipated artist R. Kelly had a few setbacks. Eventually the count down began. The roar of excited fans filled the air. The very first vocal: “I hear you calling, here I come baby to save you, oh oh.” Yaaasss! Paul Brown went nuts! Great way to pick the show back up Kells. The night before Bootsy, TGT, Jill Scott and Uncle Charlie did the d*** thang. Jill Scott gave the best performance I’ve ever seen live!
Leela James, Fantasia and Kem! Yes, yes and YES! Cincinnati we did that–and well. I’m looking forward to next year. S/O to Chicago who bought the most tickets; they were representing proper for Kells without a doubt.
