The Governor of California, Gov. Jerry Brown, signed a Bill telling companies they have to follow some kind of fair playing on the internet. What they want to get out the bill the Governor just passed is to push the national government to do the same and create an even playing field for companies on the internet. The federal government is not happy with this law because, it goes against the deregulation of the internet that they had just passed. They US government says that this is another attempt by California to frustrate the federal government by breaking laws and passing illegal laws.
