Beyoncé’s former drummer who accused her of sexual harassment and doing witchcraft to harm her didn’t show up in court Thursday (Oct. 11), so her case has been dismissed. The Blast reports that since Kimberly Thompson was a no-show in court, her efforts to get a restraining order against Bey have gone down the drain.  No one from the “Sorry” singer’s legal team showed up either.

Last month, Thompson requested a civil harassment restraining order against Yoncé. She accused her of doing “extreme witchcraft” against her, which she felt led to the loss of many jobs and the death of her pet kitten. Thompson also accused that the mother-of-three of stealing her computer hard drives and extreme theft of intellectual properties. Thompson even alleged that Beyoncé did “magic spells of sexual molestation” against her.

Due to the bizarre nature of her claims, it shows that Thompson may need to focus more on her mental health and less on Beyoncé.  Her first request for a temporary restraining order was denied September 19th at the Los Angeles Superior Court, and it is likely the same would have happened at the Oct. 11th hearing regarding the matter.
