The 11th seeded Ohio State Buckeyes defeated sixth-seeded Iowa State 62-59 Friday night in Tulsa, OK to move on to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

The Buckeyes, who grabbed their 20th win of the season, will face No. 3 Houston Sunday, who beat Georgia State earlier in the day.

Kaleb Wesson led all Buckeyes in scoring with 21 points and 10 rebounds, while Keyshawn Woods added 19 points.

The game was built up to what we expect March Madness to be as the Buckeyes spent the last minute in a nail biter. Iowa State hit a big 3-point shot with 21.1 secs left to make it a one-point game. Despite a missed a free throw and a costly turnover, Ohio State kept their poise and managed to survive.
