Kim Foxx is getting raked across the coals by city of Chicago’s elected officials by the way she handled or should I say not handled the Jussie Smollett case. The mayor, mayor elect and the police chief were enraged by the decision so much so that they want to sue Jussie plus tar and feather Kim Foxx out the of the prosecutors office.

Kim Foxx has publicly defended her office’s decision to let Jussie Smollett off the hook, as a matter of fact Foxx believes this whole Smollett matter has turned into a racial thing. Just recently at a press conference at the Reverend Jesse Jackson’s Rainbow Push Coalition event Foxx reiterated that Smollett didn’t receive special treatment, however she is beginning to believe her actions being questioned so harshly in the Smollett case may be because of her race.

Let us not forget that this is the city that defended one of their own caught on tape killing a man, but they are in full attack mode wanting justice over what is believed to be a false police report filed for a fake attack? People are now referring to Chicago police as the blue klux klan. But the question is now becoming who’s right and who’s wrong?
