Mariah Carey is reportedly looking to get her hands on Michael Jackson’s former living room furniture. According to TMZ.com, the singer has asked her interior designer to bid on the set at an auction being held Friday in Las Vegas.
Jackson paid $200,000 for the ornate pieces, which were headed for the London mansion he was to live in during the planned “This Is It” tour. The set is expected to fetch up to $1 million, according to the auction house. Partial proceeds will go to Jackson’s estate.
