The Buckeyes will wear a throwback jersey “with cutting-edge fabrics and technology” against the Wolverines on Nov. 21 as part of a one-time Nike rivalry uniform program, Ohio State athletic director Gene Smith announced in a statement Wednesday night.

When it comes to jerseys, Ohio State fans are always interested. Gene Smith said the jerseys will be unveiled officially on Nov. 15 and will honor the 1954 Ohio State national championship team.  But Smith said the Buckeyes have “no plans to make any changes to the traditional Buckeye uniform for the foreseeable future.”
