R. Kelly has found a way to not be evicted from his two homes in Duluth, GA. Kelly was served an eviction notice on both properties, that are only a few miles away from each other, because he had not paid the rent at the property in a month. Kelly owed just over $30k in unpaid rent and late fees.

A source is saying that Kells will not be evicted from the homes because he has settled his debts. Kelly has a $30k deposit on both properties that management felt would satisfy the debt since he wasn’t living there for some time.
