Storms are moving through Central Ohio disrupting electrical services to many.

American Electric Power is estimating that over 15,000 people have lost power during a series of thunderstorms that hit Columbus. Many live in Franklin County.

 

The Columbus Division of Police has responded to multiple calls of fallen wires. Police and AEP request that residents report any fallen wires and to keep a safe distance to avoid being hurt.
