  • 1 large onion
  • 1 package diced red potatoes
  • 1 cup frozen diced green peppers
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 can of condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 2/3 cup of Ale (beer)
  • 2/4 of bacon crumbles (turkey bacon as a substitute for pork)


Slice your onions, peppers and potatoes.  Place all in your crock pot.  Season your chicken breast and place on top of your vegetables.  In a small bowl combine soup, ale (beer), and bacon.  Pour over your chicken in the slow cooker.  Cover and wait for the goodness!
