1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks, juices reserved*
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
To make the mixture combine pineapple juice, chicken broth, brown sugar, soy sauce and garlic in a small bowl.
Put your chicken in your slow cooker and stir in mixture you just made. Add in pineapple chunks and pineapple juice. Cook on low for 2-3 hours on low or 5-6 hours on hight.
If you like your chicken to have a little crispy edge, put your chicken on a cookie sheet after cooking in the slower cooker. Place the cookie sheet in the broiler for about 4 minutes.
