Columbus police officers are responding to high water with reports of people driving on the sidewalk at Kenny Road and Woody Hayes Drive near The Ohio State University.
Officers have also shut down Cleveland Avenue south of Innis Avenue because three cars are reportedly stranded in high water.
There are also reports of high water at High Street and 13th Avenue.
