According to TMZ, that query will be answered by Houston via her will. The site notes that prior to her death on Sunday (June 26), Bobbi Kristina was set to get 1/10 of Houston’s estate when she turned 21 and get 1/6 of the balance when she turned 25 via a trust established by the legendary singer.

In light of Bobbi Kristina’s death at the age of 22, the status of the money is up in the air. TMZ references a point in Houston’s will that revealed that all the money would go to the people Houston designated. In this case, that would be the late entertainer’s mother, Cissy and her brothers Michael and Gary.

As a result of this, Bobbi Kristina had no authority to give away 9/10’s of Houston money. Although Houston had a portion of her fortune go to her ex husband, Bobby Brown, a potential conflict exists light of the will being worded to “my husband, Robert B. Brown.”

Apparently the will was done before Houston and Brown’s divorce in 2007. As a result, the issue of Brown still qualifying to get the money in the will is present since he is no longer Houston’s husband.
