R. Kelly has definitely had a change of heart. While crafting his 11th studio album which was entitled “Zodiac”, he has decided to rename it and make a sequel of his 1993 solo debut album, ‘12 Play.’

“I’ve changed the name to The Return of 12 Play: Night of the Living Dead,” he tells Interview magazine. “I think it’ll be an R&B-like thriller album, if you will.”

12 Play gave the R&B crooner his first number-one hit, “Bump N’ Grind,” which spent a record-breaking 12 weeks at number one on the Hot R&B Singles chart. The album went on to sell over 6 million copies to date. He has also released two albums under the “12 Play” moniker 2000’s TP-2..com and 2005’s TP-3: Reloaded.

Kelly’s recently release 10th studio album Love Letter debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200, selling 154,000 copies in its first week. The set includes 15 songs and boasted the singles “When A Woman Loves,” “Love Letter” and a bonus track which is a cover of Michael Jackson’s “You Are Not Alone.”
