Ticket winners have the option of attending Wednesday night, February 17 at 8 p.m. or Thursday night, February 18 at 8 p.m. If they have tickets in-hand they should arrive at the Palace Theatre Wednesday or Thursday – about 45 minutes to an hour in advance because there’s going to be a lot of activity at the will-call window. The tickets should be presented at will-call and a new set will be issued. If they’d like to exchange their tickets prior to the evening of the show, they can present them at the Ohio Theatre ticket office (39 East State Street) and make the exchange.
