Police in Delaware County had to arrest a very irate man today for allegedly trying to run over people with his truck.
34 year old Kevin Kindrick was driving his lawn chemical truck and was unable to pass a cement truck being used by construction workers at a nearby house. So Kindrick did what any self-respecting driver would do and threatened to run over the workers.
Kindrick (allegedly) drove over the curb, into the yard and chased the workers and other individuals with his truck.
Witnesses say he raised all kinds of Hell by chasing people, hitting other vehicles, and damaging equipment and tools; All of this before he drove around the side of the house and drove his truck into the side of the garage.
Kindrick left…then came back just minutes later to do the same thing over.
Sheriff Walter L. Davis III said that the homeowner had received leg injuries while in the garage at the time of Kindrick’s tirade, but no one else was hurt.
Kevin Kindrick left, but was found in Sunbury. He was arrested and charged with attempted vehicular assault and vandalism and is currently having a timeout in the Delaware County Jail.
