Veteran’s Day appreciation continues with various specials for Veterans and their families TODAY only.  Take a look below at some of the specials Veterans and their families can take advantage of today.   Take a look below.

Many chain restaurants have free entrees or other deals to salute our military. To qualify you will need evidence of service such as a military ID or Veterans Organization Card (i.e., American Legion and VFW).  Some restaurants allow a photo of yourself in uniform, or just wear your uniform.

Please call your restaurant and confirm the deals and specials. All deals are subject to change.

Bailey’s and Fox and the Hound Sports Grille  has a sandwich or entree for veterans on Monday, Nov. 12, 2012.

California Pizza Kitchen has a free meal and non-alcoholic beverage on Sunday and Monday, Nov. 11-12, 2012.

Carrabba’s has a free appetizer for vets on Sunday and Monday, Nov. 11-12, 2012.  No purchase required.

Champps Americana is honoring veterans with a free Champps Cheeseburger and fries all day on Monday, Nov. 12, 2012. The offer is dine-in only, and not all locations participate, so call ahead and make sure your local Champps offers the deal.

Golden Corral has what is probably the biggest national event, their annual free dinner buffet for active duty personnel and veterans.  This deal is  on Monday, Nov. 12, 2012.   Golden Corral says they have served more than 3 million free meals to veterans.

Lone Star Steakhouse has a free entree from their Stars and Stripes menu for veterans on Monday, Nov. 12, 2012.

O’Charley’s is giving away a free meal from the $9.99 menu on Monday, November 12 for all active duty military and veterans.

Outback Steakhouse  has a free Bloomin Onion and beverage.  This deal is good for two days, Nov. 11-12, 2012.    In addition, Military Personnel  can get 10% OFF their entire guest check (excluding alcohol, applicable taxes and gratuity) November 13 – December 31, 2012.

Texas Roadhouse is offering a free lunch for active, former or retired military personnel on Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, from 11 am until 2 pm.  Vets can select one of 10 features from the special Veterans Day menu, plus a free soft drink, tea or coffee.  You’ll need to show proof of military service, and the offer is for dine-in only.

TGI Friday’s  has a free lunch for veterans lunch on Monday, Nov. 12, from 11 am until 2 pm.
